For veterinary clinics and independent veterinarians: digital clinical records with AI-assisted SOAP notes (voice dictation supported), appointment scheduling with conflict detection, telemedicine video consultations, inventory management with product-expiration alerts (30/15/7/1 days), online payments paid directly to the clinic's bank account, anti no-show booking deposits, refunds from the dashboard, digitally signed prescriptions with QR verification, multi-branch management, billing and revenue analytics.

For pet guardians: a digital health card for each pet with a scannable QR tag (anyone who finds a lost pet can contact the guardian), vaccine and appointment reminders, AI symptom triage, on-demand video consultations with their clinic, a social feed, lost-pet alerts, pet adoptions, and a marketplace for pet products.

For pet sitters and dog walkers: a services marketplace where caregivers publish dog walking, pet sitting, home visits, day care and overnight stays in their local currency. Payment is held until the service is completed; the caregiver receives 85% (MaskotIA keeps a 15% commission). Payouts via Stripe Connect or local bank transfer.

For sellers: a standalone seller account (no clinic required) to list pet products in the marketplace, with bidirectional buyer-seller reviews. MaskotIA charges a 10% commission per product sale.

Veterinary clinics of any size (from a solo vet to multi-branch chains), independent veterinarians, pet guardians, professional pet sitters and dog walkers, and pet-product retailers — primarily in Mexico and the rest of Latin America. The platform supports prices and payouts in USD, MXN, ARS, COP, BRL, CLP and PEN.

Pet guardian plans: Amigo — free forever (up to 2 pets, QR ID, AI triage, video consults, caregivers, social feed). Protector — $7 USD/month (unlimited pets, full medical history, AI booking assistant, history migration between clinics, priority support).

Professional plans: Basic — $29 USD/month, up to 3 staff accounts and unlimited patients, includes inventory with expiration alerts, telemedicine, WhatsApp AI agent and marketplace access. Professional — $59 USD/month, unlimited staff accounts and patients, adds analytics, e-invoicing, physical-record digitization and conversational AI. Clinic — $149 USD/month, adds advanced analytics and epidemiological maps, with dedicated support. Multi-branch — $59/month base per branch with volume discounts.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with access to all features. Prices are shown without tax; VAT/sales tax is added at checkout based on the buyer's country. Transaction commissions: 10% on marketplace product sales, 15% on caregiver services, and 5% on clinic online payments (15% only on the first payment of a new patient referred by MaskotIA).
